Description: 

This series contains material created by Chief Olds during his administration as Chief of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma. This material is general in nature, and shows evidence of Chief Olds' interest in the Tribe's history. He collected newspaper articles about tribal events, as well as issues that concerned the Tribe. After Chief Olds' death in 1974, Mrs. Lorene Olds continued to serve the Tribe by maintaining the tribal rolls, reflected in Box 2, Folders 8-9.
